Olly Murs Releases ‘Do It Like Chris Robshaw’ Video

Following on from teaming up with Anne-Marie for her ‘Karate With Anne-Marie’ series, Olly Murs has released the latest episode of Do It Like. Do It Like Chris Robshaw sees the singer finding out more about rugby and being put through his paces. The first episode in the series saw him learning some gymnastic skills with Max Whitlock, which you can watch here.

Olly openly speaks about how fitness “keeps me feeling good and my mind focussed” and in this weeks episode is teaming up with Rugby player Chris Robshaw. The former England captain explains that rugby is a sport for people of all shapes and sizes meaning anyone and we mean pretty much anyone can get involved in the sport. From being taught the basics of passing from the floor, getting physical as a warm-up in which Olly thinks he has more strength than he does… we still love you, Olly! Going through a series of exercises including tackling and lineout jumps (he definitely wasn’t prepared for these!). Being given his own rugby shirt the final challenge sees him tackling others with all his might before an ice bath after his intensive session. Next week he’ll be working out with MMA’s Dan Hardy who’ll definitely put him through his paces.

Last week Olly released his sixth studio album You Know, I Know which features new tracks alongside some of his greatest hits. It also includes his incredibly catchy new single Moves which never fails to get us up and on to our feet.

If you need another Olly Murs fix be sure to check out the latest episode of Karate With Anne-Marie in which Olly shows off karate skills which nobody was actually aware he had! To see what moves the singer pulls whilst performing live, be sure to grab yourself tickets to his 2019 UK and Ireland tour. We’ll be there!

Unashamedly in love with pop music and boybands. I'm always looking for new artists to check out, so send them my way and you might be able to be smug knowing you helped me find a new favourite band. You'll probably say I have long hair, most people do.
