Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, it’s time to scream in fear because Samara Morgan is back. On August 24th (Wednesday morning), Paramount dropped off the new trailer for the third film in The Ring franchise which takes place 11 years after The Ring 2.

A lot has changed since the very first Americanized remake of the 1998 Japanese psychological horror film Ringu. And even though nobody watches VHS tapes anymore, it didn’t put a stop to Samara’s terrors. Someone uploaded the video to YouTube and made a black haired lady whisper that very famous phrase “You will die in seven days” again (thank you very much, smartass).

Speaking about the movie’s trailer. Well, the trailer, as usual, reveals the entire movie in chronological order. Despite that, we’re still freaking excited.

The new cast of “Rings” includes The Big Bang Theory’s Johnny Galecki, Hannibal’s Vincent D’Onofrio,  Matilda Lutz and is directed by F. Javier Gutierrez .

    PLOT :
A young woman becomes worried about her boyfriend when he explores a dark subculture surrounding a mysterious videotape said to kill the watcher seven days after they have viewed it. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so makes a horrifying discovery: there is a “movie within the movie” that no one has ever seen before.

The movie will hit movie theaters on October 28, just in time for Halloween. So, set your calendars NOW!
