Sigrid has released the music video for her latest single ‘Sucker Punch’.
Working with acclaimed directors AB/CD/CD, the Norwegian songstress has delivered a visual which perfectly encapsulates the quirky nature of the song. The vibrant visual begins with Sigrid walking and dancing along the street before things start to get a little crazy.
Soon enough, there are people dressed as ghosts, Sigrid’s up dancing on a piano, there’s a wild party in an office, the songstress gets chased by a brass band in a supermarket, and there are a number of incredible costume changes. It’s bizarrely bonkers but matches the high energy of ‘Sucker Punch’.
Speaking about the visual, Sigrid said: “The video is a bit mad, and that’s the whole point, as there’s a lot going on in the song. It’s filmed in London and the set design was so good, what a team. I hope people have fun watching it; and dance, sing and laugh. If you’re wondering if you can buy the Sigrid Tacos…we should make that happen!”
