Single Review: Good Charlotte – 40 oz Dream

On April 4, 2016, Good Charlotte released “40 oz Dream,” their newest single.

After the band announced that their hiatus was done, they released their first new song “Makeshift Love.” Now the band has released the first single from their new album, “Youth Authority.”

“40 oz Dream” is the first single from the newest album. The song is about how much music and society have changed since 2003. It mentions how they grew up watching MTV and guitars used to be on the radio.

The video is a lyric video, but it has digital drawings to go along with every set of lyrics. This song + “Makeshift Love” give us a look into the new album that comes out July 15, 2016.
