After debuting the music video for their single, “Cat & Dog,” last week, K-pop group Tomorrow X Together have just announced that they will be releasing an English version of the track, as well as a music video to go along with it. The video will be released in America on May 3rd at 5 PM EST. The group, also known as TXT, made the announcement by dropping a teaser video that shows the group’s members – Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai – in similar settings as the original video for “Cat & Dog.”
The Korean version of the track comes from the group’s EP, The Dream Chapter: Star, released back in March. The lead single off the album was “Crown,” and within 24 hours of its music video being released, the video became one of the best YouTube debuts of Korean music videos on the platform, racking in 15.1 million views within a day, according to Billboard.
While the group has been busy performing both “Crown” and “Cat & Dog” in Korea, the guys will be making their American debut performance next week at the PlayStation Theater in New York on May 9th, as part of their first U.S. showcase tour. The tour will conclude on May 24th in Los Angeles at the Novo, The group will head to Madison Square Garden in July for their first-ever performance at KCON, an annual convention celebrating Korean music and culture. Other performers include NU’EST, ATEEZ, SF9, and EVERGLOW.
