In what is possibly one of the worst kept secrets of the year, Westlife has announced they are to reunite for a brand new album and tour. The Irish four-piece, Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan have announced they are reuniting for a tour and album. Westlife split in 2012 after a staggering 14 years together.
For most of their 14-year career in which they had a mind-blowing 14 number one hits, they were signed to Syco Music under Simon Cowell, this time around they’ve signed with Virgin EMI Records.
The band who split 6 years ago took to social media to announce their return.

The band announced there will be brand new music and a tour. We do wonder as the lads joked in the video, how many of their infamous key changes will their new music have? We found this great video done by Gem Radio back in 2015 that reminded us just how epic their key changes were.
Westlife have said they will announce more news and info soon. Are you as excited as us about the reunion? Let us know @CelebMix!
