It surpassed the previous record held by BLACKPINK by almost 20 million views for their “Kill This Love” music video. The video reached 56. 7 million views on its release day on Friday, April 5th, just a week before the release of “Boy With Luv.”

BTS’ fans, the ARMY, worked together to break the YouTube record for BTS. Today, iHeartRadio released a video of BTS reacting to their fans watching the music video for the first time and their reactions were adorable. You can watch it here.

BTS will perform “Boy With Luv” live for the first time on Saturday Night Live last week, making them the first South Korean group to ever perform on the show. They will be performing the single live a second time at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 1st, where they will be joined by their collaborator, Halsey.
