Big Time Rush’s Carlos PenaVega gave the sweetest shout out to his recently-married Dancing With The Stars partner, Witney Carson.
Witney married her long time love, Carson McAllistor, over the weekend in Salt Lake City.
PenaVega, with whom she finished DWTS in 4th place, was not in attendance. He did, however, send a heartwarming message to his partner via Instagram. Along with a photo of the newlyweds, he said:

Love you and pray that you and Carson love one another forever and keep God 1st!
