It’s official, DL6 is almost upon us!
Demi Lovato has just announced that her sixth studio album, Tell Me You Love Me, will be released on September 29. The album, which features lead single ‘Sorry Not Sorry’, will be available to pre-order from tonight at midnight ET.
The powerhouse took to Twitter to drop the news by sharing a video clip which showcases Demi singing a little of the album’s title track. When we spoke to Demi back in July, she said that we could expect a lot of soul and RnB-pop vibes, and the clip truly showcases that. Whilst it’s hard to judge a few seconds of music, it’s safe to say that we’re already loving Demi’s new sound.

In addition to announcing her sixth album, Demi has also been confirmed to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. Whilst the ceremony will take place in California, the show will feature a remote performance from Demi in Las Vegas. She will be performing ‘Sorry Not Sorry’, which is nominated for Song of Summer.
Demi will also be singing the National Anthem before the upcoming Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor on Saturday.
