Drake has released the official music video for ‘God’s Plan’, and if it doesn’t tug a little at your heartstrings then we don’t know what will.
The visual opens with a black screen with the words: “The budget for this video was $996,631.90”. With almost a million dollar budget, what kind of wonders can we expect from Drake? Well, simply the biggest kind-hearted gesture as the next screen reveals that he gave all of the money away.
Throughout the video, we see Drake going around Miami, spreading kindness on his travels. His first stop is at a supermarket, where he tells everyone that their grocery shop is on him. He later surprises a number of individuals and families, who are not only shocked by the rapper’s appearance, but by the incredible gifts given to them ranging from $50,000 for an University Scholarship to a brand new car.
Drake’s other acts of kindness include donating huge carts of toys to Lotus House, organising a shopping spree, and donating money to the Fire Department, Frost School of Music and University of Miami.
