Fifth Harmony have finally released the music video for their third single “That’s My Girl” from sophomore album, 7/27.
The song boasts a superiorly confident demeanor and a total “girl power” statement that really reminds us of the Spice Girls’ past hits such as ‘Wanna Be’ – but this time, in a more serious tone. Fifth Harmony kick it up a notch with a banging beat that’s perfect for radios.
In the video we see the quintet come for the rescue and saving civilians in a town that’s been apparently reduced to crumbles. At the same time, we get some intense choreography and an overall sense of greatness.
Radio impact for ‘That’s My Girl’ is expected to kick in September 27th, according to a promotional blast from the girl groups’ record label Epic Records. According to Headline Planet, “several stations have already begun to spin “That’s My Girl,” and Epic is surely hoping for more early traction in the weeks leading up to the planned impact”.
