The new music video from Romanian supergroup G Girls is here; “Milk & Honey” will be their second official single. The group consists of established Romanian female artists: Inna, Antonia, Lori, and Lariss.

The new song was teased yesterday in a short video clip. The girls have been teasing the collaboration over their social media profiles for weeks.

This is the second line-up of the G Girls, with Lariss replacing Alexandra Stan. The single has a similar feel to “Call The Police“, yet it’s very different. The music video is more of a performance visual with less of a narrative, this time around. It was directed by Ionut Trandafir, with Khaled Mokhtar acting as Director of Photography.

Watch The G Girls’ New Music Video “Milk & Honey” Here:

The video sees all four girls preparing for a photo shoot. The main guy in the video is sorting out their hair, measuring up their clothes, studying with Lori, and taking photos of all four girls.

This pure performance visual allows each of the girls to take the spotlight, not one is overshadowed by the other. All four look gorgeous throughout, and the addition of Lariss adds to Lori’s RnB vibe, switching this song up completely during the second half.

The photoshoot scene sees the girls together, posing for the camera, competing for attention. The male love interest has his own scene, where he is dressed in a beekeeper suit where he uses a bee smoker. He can also be seen pouring honey for Lariss; however, if you’re hoping for some milk, we can’t find any.

It’s clear that they all had fun on set, as there are plenty of cheeky scenes throughout. The single is expected to be released soon.

    Who Are G Girls?

This line-up of the G Girls consists of Inna, Antonia, Lori, and Lariss.

Inna, real name Elena Apostoleanu, has established herself as one of the biggest female Romanian artists. She has had international hits with “Hot”, “Amazing”, “Sun Is Up”, and “More Than Friends”. She’s gearing up to release her fifth studio album later this year, which will include “Heaven“, “Say It With Your Body“, and “Gimme Gimme“.

Antonia, full name Antonia Iacobescu, made her name on the Tom Boxer track “Morena”. She has since gone on to have a successful career in her home country. Recently, she released “Get Up And Dance” and “Dor De Tine“. She used to work as a model in in the US and has her own clothing line called MOJA.

Lori, full name Lori Ciobotaru, received attention after appearing on Vocea României (The Voice of Romania). She has been building her career ever since. We expect great things to come from this female singer.

Lariss, real name Larisa Borza, has replaced Alexandra Stan in this line-up for the second single for G Girls. Her most popular song is “Dale Papi”. She recently released “I Love You”, and we can’t wait to see what the future brings for her.
