She can literally do no wrong! ILIRA returns with her first new release of the year and it is as good as we had hoped.
We last heard of Swiss-Albanian singer-songwriter ILIRA late last year when she encouraged us to just go out and eat those “EXTRA FRIES“, to enjoy life to the max and to be our most authentic selves. This Friday, she returned with another empowering musical number.
Her latest single is titled “ROYALTY” and establishes what the singer is basically looking for in her partner: someone who loves her and treats her like the royalty she is. It is also a much needed reminder for us that we should not settle for anyone that treats us less than that.
Not only is the song lyrically empowering but it is also a wonderful showcase of ILIRA’s talent in crafting insanely good pop music. This time around, she takes a step back from the bubbly-bright pop of her previous track and instead goes for a slightly more laid-back but still very anthemic production. Filled with a huge euphoric chorus and uplifting lyrics, this song will not leave your head for a while.
