Kanye West Announces Solo Album and Kid Cudi Collaboration

Kanye West has shocked fans by announcing he will be releasing TWO albums, with one being a collaboration with Kid Cudi.

The rapper also surprised fans by announcing his own solo album, due for release June 1st. Following a string of motivational and philosophical quotes, the star tweeted ‘my album is 7 songs’, sending fans into a frenzy online. He then followed the tweet up by announcing the release date of the project.

After almost breaking the internet with excitement, the rapper dropped a further bombshell by revealing he has been working on a collaborative album with Kid Cudi. The project will be released June 8th and named ‘Kids See Ghost’ which stems from the name the duo perform under.

The news comes after Kanye broke his 11 month twitter silence earlier this week, after keeping a low profile since May 2017.

Kanye’s two albums will be his first release in two years and will follow up the Grammy nominated ‘The Life Of Pablo’ which dropped February 14, 2016. This is also Cudi’s first after his sixth album ‘Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin‘ was released in December 2016.
