It looks like Kesha is making a comeback in the middle of her legal battle with producer Dr. Luke.
Kesha recently performed with her new band, The Yeast Infection, at a surprise concert at the Springwater Supper Club & Lounge in Nashville. The band performed new versions of Kesha’s two hits Blow and Timber. They also sang the old classic Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin.

In October last year, the 28-year-old singer filed a lawsuit against her producer and record label owner Dr. Luke. In the lawsuit, she claimed that the producer had both mentally and sexually abused her. Kesha also begged her label Kemosabe Records, which is under Sony Music, if she could record an album without her abuser. Sony Music denied her the ability to do that which means that she either has to work with Dr. Luke or never release music again unless she wins the legal battle. The singer’s current contract states that she has to make three more albums under her record label.
After the show with The Yeast Infection, Kesha posted a picture from the concert on Instagram. In the caption she wrote:
“merry Christmas animals! I’m so grateful for u!! wish u all coulda been there at my show!! no matter what, no one will ever stop me from making noise. never let anyone take ur happiness. that’s the only way they beat u. never let them win. love u all. merry merry”
