Loona have finally released their first ever track as a full unit titled ‘favOriTe’.
If you haven’t somehow heard of Loona yet, you must have be living under a rock. The South Korean girl group formed by Blockberry Creative have been actively promoting as solo artists and sub units since 2016 and the internet has gone WILD for them. On August 7th they finally dropped their first ever song as a group.
‘favOriTe’ showcases the full capabilities of the twelve-piece when brought together as a unit; sassy, powerful performance and fantastic vocals. While the rappers of the group did not get to stretch their abilities, they made up for in the sheer power of their voices. The track is pop perfection and combined with slight jazz elements which have enable Loona to stand out amongst their peers.
The capabilities shown in the pre debut track prove that when these girls finally debut and release their EPs and albums, they will be a force that will shake up the KPOP industry.
