    Natalie Cole’s funeral will be held on Monday in Los Angeles

    Natalie Cole’s funeral will be held on Monday in Los Angeles, as The Hollywood Reporter reported.

    “A spokesperson for the family said Saturday that the service will be at West Angeles Church of God in Christ, where Cole was once a member.”

    Natalie Cole will be buried next to her parents, sister and brother at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale. According to THR, R&B singer Chaka Khan is expected to sing at the funeral.

    R&B artist and the daughter of legendary singer Nat King Cole, Natalie Cole died on 31st December, 2015 at Cedars-Senai-Medical Centre in Los Angeles, California. The news was confirmed by publicist Maureen O’Connor. The cause of death was reportedly congestive heart failure.

    Nine times Grammy winner, Cole gave us some huge hits. In 1975, she released her debut album which included “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)”, a single for which she won a pair of Grammys for Best New Artist and Best Female R&B Performance. Her chart topping album Unforgettable … With Love sold more than 14 million copies worldwide and also won several Grammy Awards.
