CelebMix favourites New Hope Club have released fan favourite Medicine, much to the delight of fans worldwide.
Medicine with its incredibly funky guitar lines and infectious sing-along chorus has become a New Hope Club live set highlight. From first hearing, this track live we just knew the studio version was going to be something really special and that it is. The feel-good track sings of someone you thought you couldn’t be without not being in your life anymore but managing to have a great time without them. Lyrics including ‘I never knew freedom felt so good‘ and infamous ‘I ain’t missing you at all, I don’t need no medicine‘ make this a lyrically powerful yet catchy track which we’ve realised is impossible to not sing along to.
Earlier this month the trio headlined London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire for two special sold out shows. These followed on from their Road To The Empire fanfest tour which kicked off their 2018 in exciting style. Currently, in the US recording new material, it’s a great time to be a New Hope Club fan. Fans can expect the video for Medicine which was filmed in Birmingham during their support slot on The Vamps Night & Day Arena Tour. Keep your eyes peeled for this soon!
