The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Cast Says Goodbye

The cast of Pretty Little Liars has wrapped their final day of shooting and it was clearly a bittersweet moment for the entire crew.

Seven seasons and six years worth of thrilling drama and shocking secrets is coming to a close! But don’t be too upset yet — there are still ten episodes left to air in April 2017.

Each member of the cast took to social media to express how much they will miss being part of such a successful and long-lasting production.

Keegan Allen (Toby) was the first to post about his last day on set, sharing a heartfelt message about onscreen love Troian Bellisario (Spencer), along with a photo of the whole cast.

In these last hours embodying our characters, I want to reflect on a great love I have for you. Last night, I was very present and took the time to really look at you as you are now. I have grown up with you and learned so much from you. I'm a better person because of you. I will continue to look up to you as an actor, because you care so deeply for our craft, and bring the greatest truth to everything you do. I absolutely love you Troian Bellisario. And as our characters drift off into space and away from our control, I remain grateful I could inhabit their existence with you right there to ground and protect me. I will miss these subtle moments and quick, brief glimpses of you and this whole surreal experience.

Ian Harding (Ezra) said his goodbyes to Keegan Allen over Instagram as well.

As if their posts didn’t have us crying already, the liars themselves took to Instagram to bid farewell to the characters who helped shape their lives.

Troian Bellisario shared an email that she received addressing her as Spencer.

Shay Mitchell (Emily) kept her farewell more lighthearted, pointing out the acting skills that they all perfectly nailed over time.

Ashley Benson (Hanna) posted a throwback photo in honor of their last day.

Sasha Pieterse (Alison) admitted that she planned on shedding tears after they wrapped.

And finally, Lucy Hale (Aria) shared two posts bidding farewell to her character.

As the longest running series on Freeform, we can’t believe that it’s finally coming to an end.

Even though there’s more to come on our TV screens, we can’t help but be sad already over the impending end of Pretty Little Liars.
