Taylor Lautner has just been confirmed to be joining ‘Scream Queens’ in the second season.
‘Scream Queens’ creator Ryan Murphy confirmed that the former ‘Twilight’ actor will be portraying Dr. Cassidy Cascade, one of the hot doctors he had promised for the second season. Lautner’s character is, as the name suggests, a doctor who suffers from a strange medical condition. He is also a suspect when tragic events start happening at the hospital. His character will also become involved with Chanel #3 who is portrayed by Billie Lourd.
Season one of the iconic show took place at a sorority house at a college campus. Murphy, alongside the two other creators Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan, has revealed that the characters will be moving to a hospital for the second season. Stars like Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, and Golden Globe nominee Jamie Lee Curtis will all me returning.
It has also been announced that John Stamos will be joining the cast as Lautner’s doctor colleague, Dr. Brock Holt, who is a brilliant, yet secretive surgeon.
‘Scream Queens’ is set to return on September 20 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
