For those who watch MTV’s show, Teen Wolf, know that Stiles Stilinski’s real name has been a mystery for a long time. Fans have been speculating online but recently, MTV dropped more clues.
The earliest began way back in 1×05, when Coach was looking through Stiles’ files.
This led the fandom to believe that Stiles name was ‘Genim/Gienim’ or some variation containing ‘-(i)enim’.
We feel you, Coach.
But soon after, Jeff Davis shut down this idea via twitter, confirming that Genim is not Stiles’ name.
2 years ago, during season 3, MTV answered this ask on tumblr, confirming that Stiles’ Mom was Polish and that his name is Polish.
Next, during 3×18, the Doctor found it hard to pronounce it, emphasising the complexity of Stiles’ name.
But on Monday’s episode, it was revealed that his name actually begins with an M!
Currently, It is still unknown what Stiles’ name truly is. But only time will tell.
