Two weeks after the release of ‘Truth To Power’, OneRepublic have blessed our ears with another new track.
‘Rich Love’ sees the five-piece team up with Norwegian production trio Seeb, who are best known for their remix of Mike Posner’s ‘I Took A Pill In Ibiza’. The track is infectious and showcases a slightly different side to OneRepublic. ‘Rich Love’ strays away from the band’s typically anthemic sound, with Seeb’s influence resulting in a slick dance track instead.
This isn’t the first time that the two groups have worked together. Last year, Seeb released their remix of ‘Kids’, taken from OneRepublic’s latest album Oh My My.

‘Rich Love’ is OneRepublic’s fourth single in the past two months, following ‘Truth To Power’, a remix of ‘Lift Me Up’ and ‘No Vacancy’, which has already accumulated more than 70 million streams on Spotify.
An open letter from frontman Ryan Tedder earlier this year revealed that the band would be taking a new approach when it comes to releasing music. Instead of working towards an album, they will be releasing songs “when we want, as often as we want, however we want”. He continued to say, “we will be dropping new music as often as humanly possible… monthly, weekly sometimes, and it will be VARIED and with collaborations and may feel bonkers at first. Some will be remixes others will be just me on piano or guitar. Some will sound super trendy and new, some will sound classic and old school or very “OneRepublic””.
We’re loving the different tracks so far and it’s great to see the band continue the experimentation which was evident on their last album Oh My My.
OneRepublic are currently in North America headlining the 2017 Honda Civic Tour. Supported by Fitz & the Tantrums and James Arthur, we can expect a mixture of classic and new tracks from the band. More information on tour dates and tickets can be found on their website.
