J-Pop band End of the World (also known as SEKAI NO OWARI) have teamed up with Korean hip-hop trio Epik High for their new single ‘Sleeping Beauty’.
The guitar-led track is an easy listening offering from both groups and is the perfect song to wind down any summer party. ‘Sleeping Beauty’ combines Fukase’s (End of the World) breathy vocals with Tablo’s (Epik High) rap verse, creating a dreamy love song.
Never off just on, opposite of wrong
If it was you and me against the world, I’d still like our odds
Please don’t ever close your eyes on me
My sleeping beauty
‘Sleeping Beauty’ is a stunning crossover future hit, with the two groups meshing their unique sounds to create this ethereal offering. The collaboration has been a long time coming but it was certainly worth the wait.
